Every Other Friday / Estimate Follow-up

03 · For plumbing and HVAC shops

Your quiet estimates, followed up. You pay only when one books.

Send us the estimates that went quiet three weeks or more ago, or that your software already archived. We write a short, friendly follow-up for each one in your voice. You approve them, and they go out from your own email.

10% of the jobs that book from it, capped at $750 a job. No setup fee, no monthly fee.

The pile

Every shop has a pile of estimates nobody chased.

Each line is one unsold estimate from the sample shop, placed by how many days ago it was given and how much it was for. We work on the ones that have been quiet for three weeks or more.

ToGary M. · quoted August 6
SubjectYour sewer line, before winter

Hi Gary,

Rick from Northgate Plumbing. In August our camera found a sagging section in your sewer line, and we quoted $4,200 to dig it up and replace it.

I’m writing now because that kind of digging gets harder once the ground freezes. If you’d like it done this fall, reply and I’ll find you a date. If you’ve already taken care of it, no problem at all.
